This is a lovely hotel in williamsburg, brooklyn. if you are looking for somewhere a little quieter than the normal williamsburg hotels this is a great location away from the parties! The room we chose was massive, with a great terrace and awesome views over Manhattan. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from subway and similar to get to the bars/restaurants of Williamsburg. There are however some great local places to eat. We managed to get food delivered from local takeaways which was a great way to enjoy our room. Included breakfast was basic but sufficient to get the day started. Hotel lobby was very comfortable. Staff were amazing, always on hand to answer questions and help us where we needed it. We would certainly come back and stay at the hotel when we come back to Brooklyn in the future.

Everything - a character building with interesting decor. Helpful friendly staff. Loft suite was huge for myself and adult son. Heating and cooling was great. A good gym and sauna. Lots of complimentary touches. Easy flat walk to subway station on Manhattan Avenue that's then an easy 20 minute commute to Manhattan. The area (Greenpoint, Williamsburg etc) is full of great bars, cafes, restaurants, cheap eats, parks, Banks and great shopping. Young residential area - few Tourists. I've stayed in Manhattan many times but wouldn't again with this hotel the much better option.

This hotel is near where my daughter moved and not far from the subway. we stayed in room 217 it was quiet even though it faced the street. I thought the staff was exceptional. So nice and helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Our room was huge. plenty of closet space. Coffee tea and bottled water free with fridge in room. bed comfortable. heat easy to set. balcony was large but we did not use as it is winter. my only complaint is the bathroom was cold.

Heidi

Our room was VERY spacious, particularly for New York. Lots of room to spread out and work, if that is part of your plan. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and a real bargain for New York. Sitting areas were plentiful and spacious and the always-available cucumber-infused water was delicious. The hotel is wonderfully quiet, for those seeking a quiet haven.

We stayed in the Penthouse Loft (Roof Deck) and the view was stunning - we could see the whole of Manhattan including the Empire State & Crysler. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Quirky but lovely hotel. Quiet and peaceful which is hard to come by in this city! Surrounding area is very nice - feels safe, beautiful nearby park, walkable to vibrant Brooklyn retail areas.
